Our Research Pharmacy is a specialized facility dedicated to supporting clinical trials and investigational research. Our team of experienced pharmacists work together to provide high-quality services, ensuring the safe and effective management of investigational products.

We handle the procurement, storage, and dispensing of investigational products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Responsibilities include randomization, blinding, labeling, and quality control to maintain product integrity. Additionally, we offer personalized support to research teams and participants for efficient service delivery.

The pharmacy is equipped with -80 freezers, -40 freezers and refrigerators to ensure sufficient and safe storage of investigational product. There is a biosafety cabinet (BSC) that allows for safe and professional preparation of any investigational product where required. With the use of a remote temperature monitoring system (Omniflex) we have automated logging and reporting for temperature, humidity and power. A back-up generator is on-site to ensure that during any power outages our IP is kept at appropriate temperature levels.
